The Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis (IDTA) is holding a one day workshop event on June 24th 2010 at the Putteridge Bury Conference Centre (near Luton Airport) for those of you who might be interested. Julie Hay sent the information to me for posting here. I met Julie Hay, one of the founding members of the IDTA at a North-West NHS mentoring event about 18 months ago when she was invited to talk about TA in the context of coaching and mentoring. Julie is also MBTI trained and interested in the interfaces between these tools. Topics under discussion on the day include: coaching in organisations, getting the best out of supervision, the hero's journey, trusting in organisations, developmental TA and team building, and developmental TA and positive psychology.
